Feminine Wisdom

Have you ever felt a little tug inside? Something that shares with you that you are out of flow, not fully aligned with you and the life you want to live? Or maybe it is a feeling that something is incomplete, missing?

In many cultures around the world women are celebrated and honoured as they transition through the different stages of life…from young girl to Maiden, from Maiden to Mother, from Mother to Wild Woman, from Wild Woman to Wise Woman. Each stage of life is celebrated with joy and love, wisdom handed down and shared, support given and received.

These different stages of life, also known as archetypes, have specific qualities and characteristics that can support us in understanding ourselves, our cycles, our life and the world around us in fascinating and magical ways.

Understanding these archetypes, living in tune with each one, has had a profound affect on how I live my life and how I show up to life on a daily basis. This way of living has created flow and connection, and given me full permission to live in alignment with what I know to be true for me.

I am excited to share what I have been learning and living with you. When you are celebrated, when you know and understand how to live in tune with your natural flow of life, when you connect to the archetypes that have guided and supported women in many cultures since the beginning of time, you step into your truth, you align with what is right for you and you re-member the wisdom that is deep within.

Together we will explore and celebrate the divine feminine within, and without, through discussion, reflection, music, movement, poetry and sharing.​
