Roots and Wings
Our teens need a safe and soft place to land on their journey. A place to be heard, to listen, to let off steam, to be still, to connect (away from screens) and to be supported.
Roots and Wings is a circle for teens of all orientations. These circles will provide a safe, comfortable space for teens to explore and embrace their journey through young adulthood. Together, with other teens, they will gather in circle to empower themselves as they move forward on their journey.

When: Tuesday's - January 17 and February 14
Time: 6pm to 8pm
Investment: $100.00 (includes two circles, Circle of Mothers, craft supplies and HST)
Ages: 12 to 15

Navigating the teens years is challenging for all involved, for so many reasons. Young adults struggle with their changing bodies, their relationships, their sexuality, their emotions and more. Roots and Wings is a safe space for young adults, of all orientations, to come together, in circle, to be supported as they navigate their journey of discovery.
These circles will be guided by the needs of those gathered, offering support and friendship, and a safe space to show up just as you are.

Circle of Mothers
Running alongside Roots and Wings is Circle of Mothers. Circle of Mothers will offer mothers or female mentors, of the teens registered in Roots and Wings, a space to care for themselves and connect with ways to support their teens. Together we will explore our own journeys, healing ourselves and exploring the tools to help guide and support our teens through adolescence.
